Our covered, heated, super cosy boujee al fresco patio area is available for seating Tuesday to Sunday 10-4.

Ubh, meaning egg in Irish, is the love child of a girl from Kildare. When Emma, a pastry chef, began to get tired of the lifestyle that fine dining was giving began to think about what Kildare was really missing – a banging lunch spot where you can get all the creativity of fine dining, culture and food sustainability; ubh was born.
We love our little town of Newbridge where everyone is a caricature and the community spirit is like no other. We try to produce everything ourselves. All our baked goods are made in-house every evening – even our fermentation and cultures products are done here and we love to share ideas.
